🔥Bonus Tips To Elevate Your CV Further!

To help you even further, here are bonus CV tips which you can implement straight away when using the template:

CV Tip

Example

Use action verbs when starting off each point in your Experience section

Instead of “I led a team of X to…”

You would say “Led a team of X to …”

Quantify and provide results in your Experience section

Show the impact you had in the role

Say “Developed a system that increased efficiency by 10%”

Have two copies of your CV (Word document and PDF)

The PDF version would be sent with your application as this works better with the ATS systems companies have

The Word version you would keep and edit, when necessary, then export to a PDF when ready

Always name your CV with something simple

Remember to name your CV file in a way that makes it easy for recruiters/hiring managers to know it is your CV

Example naming: “Rayaan Farah_CV”
