IT'S OFFICIAL: We Are a Charity!
As of the 5th of January 2026, we are an official charity (CIO) registered in England and Wales which is a huge step forward in our mission to support young people aged 18-30 with real and relevant careers advice that reflects today’s world of work. What started off one summer with a webinar being hosted in our co-founder's bedroom has now transformed into a mission to support, guide and empower the next generation of the West Midlands.

BIG NEWS! We're Becoming a Charity
We’ve submitted our application to become a UK-registered charity — a major step in our mission to provide real, relevant careers advice for young people. Our model centres youth voice, shared ownership, and collaboration with educators and local partners. If approved, this will unlock new opportunities to build inclusive spaces—online and offline—where career education reflects the realities of today’s working world. The old system is outdated. We’re here to change that.
