As of the 5th of January 2026, we are an official charity (CIO) registered in England and Wales which is a huge step forward in our mission to support young people aged 18-30 with real and relevant careers advice that reflects today’s world of work.

What started off one summer with a webinar being hosted in our co-founder's bedroom has now transformed into a mission to support, guide and empower the next generation of the West Midlands through:
a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals
b) advancing education
c) relieving unemployment.
With this exciting milestone, we aim to expand our services across the West Midlands so we can continue benefiting the next generation and help transform our region for the better. We have a whole host of exciting initiatives such as:
Central Resource Hub for young people seeking career education, guidance and information online/in-person
|
Online Webinars and Drop-In Sessions |
Our Very First In-Person Career Event (More announcements to follow) |
Career Focused Workshops |
Educational programmes focusing on career pathways, work skills and work readiness |
We really wouldn't have reached this milestone if it wasn't for our amazing NGH community who have supported us from the very start whether it was engaging with our educational content, guest writing insightful articles on our website or giving up their time to guest speak at one of our many webinars. The whole NGH Team thanks you wholeheartedly!
As we embark on this new chapter of our journey, keep on following our website and our LinkedIn as we will keep updating yourselves with announcements throughout the year. In the meantime, feel free to have a read of our Constitution below to find out more about our charity's purpose and objectives or visit the Charity Commission's Register to find out more about Next Generation Hub👇
