We’ve officially submitted our application to become a UK-registered charity - a big step forward in our mission to support young people with real, relevant careers advice that reflects today’s world of work.

We believe every young person deserves guidance that mirrors the realities of modern working life, not outdated expectations from a different era.
Our model is grounded in shared ownership, young people, educators and local partners shaping guidance together, not in silos. Read more here
If approved, this status will open doors to collaborate with educators, organisations, and local changemakers across the West Midlands. We’re dedicated to building inclusive digital hubs and in-person venues where educators, employers, and youth voices come together to shape what career education should look like.
Because let’s be real - the old narrative doesn’t work for everyone:
🎓 Degrees aren’t guarantees - experience and skills matter too.
🤝 Networking = genuine connection, not forced schmoozing.
👀 Hard work needs visibility.
💬 Soft skills are underrated power moves.
We’re not here to tell young people to “fit in.” We’re here to help them build something that fits.
Stay tuned. We’re just getting started. 🙌
NextGenHub is growing, with new trustees bringing fresh expertise and a renewed mission, we’re expanding our reach and impact like never before.
