New Faces, Same Mission: Meet the Team Behind NextGenHub’s Next Chapter

Since September 2024, NextGenHub has been in build mode - testing, learning, and laying the foundations for something bigger. Behind the scenes, Rayaan Farah and I (Kane Abbott) have been on a mission to reshape how young people navigate early careers. It’s been messy, magical, and full of growth.

We’re incredibly proud to welcome three new trustees to the team - each bringing their own story, skills, and deep belief in what youth-led change can look like: 

Feldon Haynes - Founder of Feldeluxe, and the force behind getting 900+ people into work. Feldon’s lived experience and community-first mindset are exactly what this space needs.

Dillon Considine - Founder of OfficeMango, and a former apprentice turned entrepreneur. Dillon’s journey is proof that alternative routes can lead to extraordinary outcomes.

Luke Tatchell - Senior marketer by day, student mentor by heart. Luke brings a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on support that keeps us grounded and growing.

With Feldon, Dillon, and Luke joining our board, NextGenHub is adding powerful new voices to a growing movement. Each trustee brings deep expertise, community insight, and a proven commitment to opening doors for the next generation!

Their involvement will strengthen how we deliver our 3 Pillars — Career Discovery, Employability, and Upskilling approach (read more): As we grow, they’ll help ensure youth-led change becomes the standard, not the exception.

From exploring options to landing roles and thriving in the workplace, our mission stays the same: real support for real outcomes!
