From hands-on CV and interview skills workshops to candid conversations with Gen Z changemakers who have been in your very shoes, the day is packed with practical takeaways and insights you won't find in a classroom.

👥 Our Speaker Lineup
We have an amazing lineup of speakers (with more to be confirmed) sharing their stories and insights to support you in preparing as best as you can stepping into the world beyond the 4 walls of the classroom:
Keniea Russell: An inspiring degree apprentice who has spoken at the House of Lords who will be our first keynote speaker discussing her own career journey. Keniea is a great advocate for apprenticeships and has mentored multiple young students.
Peter the Speaker: A former Dragon's Den contestant and expert public speaker who will be facilitating our headline workshop "Cut & Run", an interactive game to develop your communication and ultimately your interview confidence.
Rahul Patel: Employment Development Manager at Coventry City Council. Rahul will be one of our panellists sharing information on how the Council is supporting young people aged 18-21 from Coventry access employment.
Luke Tatchell: Graduate from University College Birmingham and now working as a Social Media Strategist. Luke has also been giving his time back to mentor marketing students. He will be a keynote speaker discussing the importance of networking and tips for young people to start networking straight away.
We have even more amazing speakers that we will announce as we get closer to the event from the young founder of a social enterprise to an esteemed MBE who heads up a brilliant employability charity!
