2024 was a great year for NGH, if you want to learn more about the issues we tackled last year.
Youth employment is at an all time high in the UK, 13.9% of 18-24 year olds are unemployed compared to 3.9% of the rest of the working age population. Furthermore, 25% of all UK graduates are in jobs that require less skills than what they had trained for at university, highlighting this deep problem.
Our mission to support young people's career development is more crucial than ever, providing them with the skills and opportunities for meaningful employment.
In 2025, we will continue backing our Digital Seminars initiative throughout the year,
but this year goes beyond events...
1-1 Support Sessions
We are looking to introduce an initiative that provides individualised support to event attendees in the form of an individual call that would take place after the seminar.
Educational Blogs
We are developing a variety of content that contains the solutions to issues commonly faced by young professionals. We will report on the latest topics and trends in the UK jobs market that might affect young professionals and we actively encourage our guest writers to work with us to publish blogs in areas that they are passionate and well versed in.

Our vision is to build a website that acts as an encyclopedia of knowledge that will help any young person make progress in their career development regardless of the stage they are in.
